Will Facebook ever fully recover public trust? Last week Zuckerberg published an essay to his platform, entitled 'A Privacy-Focused Vision for Social Networking', ending the post with: “We should be working towards a world where people can speak privately and live freely knowing that their information will only be seen by who they want to see it.” However, sadly, reputations are such as this are hard to repair.

Derek Roga, EQUIIS Technologies CEO and founder responded to Zuckerberg’ essay in The Future of Data special report published in The Times, “no matter what he says, essay or not, Facebook will never be known as a champion of data privacy.”
